Shipping policy

 

SAME-DAY SHIPPING: Orders placed by 3pm Eastern, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Orders received after 3pm, or on a weekend, ship the next weekday.

We use third party shipping providers to pickup and deliver products to our customers.

Online orders are shipped out and deliver Monday through Friday each week. Some delivery locations may have enhanced delivery on Saturday and Sunday, where available at additional cost. Expedited shipping is available during checkout.

Shipment Tracking numbers are provided via email to customers automatically, provided that email addresses are included with customer information and accurate.

Every product is carefully packaged to ensure that it will arrive in good condition and able to be used for its designed purpose. Every order is insured by the 3rd party shipping company for the value of the order.
