Shipping Policy

We use third party shipping providers to pickup and deliver products to our customers.

Online orders are shipped out and deliver Monday through Friday each week. Some delivery locations may have enhanced delivery on Saturday and Sunday, where available at additional cost. Expedited shipping is available during checkout.

Shipment Tracking numbers are provided via email to customers automatically, provided that email addresses are included with customer information and accurate.

Every product is carefully packaged to ensure that it will arrive in good condition and able to be used for its designed purpose. Every order is insured by the 3rd party shipping company for the value of the order. If your order arrives damaged, the first thing to do is call us so we can determine the best course of action to meet your needs. Call 540-589-9669.

With the exception of weekends, we make every attempt to ship orders the sames day when ordered by 3pm EST. Orders recieved after 3pm will be shipped the following week day.
