Returns and Refunds
Returns - Thank you for shopping with Skyline Joist Repair. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. Complete the Online Return Request Form to verify your eligibility for return and obtain a Return Authorization number via email.
Refunds - We will always do our best provide all information and details we can in order to help customers determine if we have a product that is a suitable match for their application. Our product certification and licensing requires the inspection and repackaging of all returned items, therefore, as of January 2nd our restocking fee of 35% has been reduced 15% for all returned items. Any defective product will be replaced immediately upon receipt. If we determine there is an issue that is our fault we will also refund the shipping cost for regular shipping. As of January 2nd, 2023 our restock fee has been reduces from 35% to 15%. Products purchased before January 2nd will be subject to the 35% return fee. Shipping is non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
