Floor Joist Mending Reinforcers (MR) are designed to restore the full strength of joists compromised by knots, cracks, holes or notches. Floor Joist Mending Reinforcer plates are 10 Gauge G90 Galvanized steel which attach to one side of the joist via a pattern of provided structural fasteners. Fasteners are in included with each kit, including a T25 Torx Driver and 5/32" drill bit for pre-drilling fastener holes.
Limitations: Knots, cracks, or holes up to 6" diameter and with no less than 1.5" above and below the hole.
